We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence in the competitive Indian insurance broking market. This role combines strategic social media management with oversight of digital design and development projects, requiring a versatile professional who can drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) Create engaging content calendars aligned with insurance industry trends and company objectives Manage daily posting, community engagement, and customer interactions Monitor social media metrics and prepare detailed performance reports Respond to customer inquiries and manage online reputation Digital Design Oversight Collaborate with web development teams to ensure website design aligns with brand guidelines Provide creative direction for website UI/UX improvements and user journey optimization Oversee mobile app development projects from design conception to launch Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints Content Creation & Campaign Management Design and execute festival marketing campaigns (Diwali, Holi, regional festivals) Create compelling visual content, infographics, and video content for insurance products Develop educational content about insurance products, claims processes, and industry updates Manage influencer partnerships and collaborative campaigns Digital Marketing Strategy Identify emerging digital trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches Conduct competitor analysis and market research for strategic positioning Develop lead generation campaigns through social media advertising Implement SEO best practices in content creation and website management Innovation & Growth Propose and implement new digital marketing channels and strategies Experiment with emerging platforms and technologies (AR filters, interactive content, etc.) Develop customer retention strategies through digital engagement Create thought leadership content to establish company expertise Required Qualifications Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 3-7 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing Experience in financial services or insurance industry preferred Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and digital projects Technical Skills Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) Understanding of web development principles and mobile app design processes Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tool
