Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients in sectors like hotels, cafes, hospitals, gyms, and retailers. Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct in-store and field activations to boost brand visibility and product trials. Educate clients about Tropikos health benefits, cost advantages, and usage versatility. Track competitor activity and provide market insights for strategic decisions. Work closely with the marketing team for BTL activations, promotions, and sampling drives. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
