The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring the security of information systems. Daily tasks will include managing IT staff, implementing relevant technology solutions, maintaining hardware and software systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. The IT Manager will also ensure compliance with industry standards and provide leadership in technological advancement within the company. Qualifications Experience in Network Administration, System Administration, and IT Support Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Compliance standards Skills in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Budget Management Proficiency in IT Infrastructure, Hardware Maintenance, and Software Management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CISSP, or PMP Proven experience in a managerial role within the IT sector
