Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development (RnD) Executive based in Hyderabad. The RnD Executive will oversee the development of innovative millet-based snack products while ensuring they meet safety, quality, and nutritional standards. Key responsibilities include conducting market and product research, formulating new recipes, refining existing ones, and working closely with production teams. Additionally, the RnD Executive will analyze market trends, test ingredients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and development. Qualifications Strong background in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields Experience with product formulation, recipe development, and nutritional product testing Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer preferences within the food industry Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage RnD projects effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Experience in working with millet-based products or innovative food categories is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related fields is preferred
