About the job: Key Responsibilities:- 1. Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with dealers/customers and follow up regularly for payment collection as per credit terms. 2. Dealer Documentation Management: Collect, verify, and organize all dealer-related documents in both physical and digital formats. 3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotations, product details, follow-ups, and customer communication when required. 4. After-Sales Support Data Handling: Create and update files related to customer complaints, service reports, and warranty claims. Upload all relevant documents to organized folders. 5. Office Administrative Tasks: Support day-to-day office work related to sales and service coordination. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Create and manage reports, letters, and documentation using MS Excel and Word. 7. File and Folder Management: Maintain structured and easily retrievable file systems both soft and hard copies for all operational documentation.
