We are seeking a competent and proactive Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our student hostels, canteen services, and academic building facilities. The campus comprises two boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel with a total capacity of 600 students (all in 12th grade), a food mess with 10 staff members, and an academic building. The Campus Manager will supervise six wardens and ensure a disciplined, secure, and academically supportive environment for all students.

1.Batch Cooking Techniques Proficient in preparing meals in large quantities without compromising taste or texture. Familiarity with bulk cooking equipment (e.g., tilting skillets, commercial ovens, steamers). 2.Menu Planning for Scale Ability to plan rotating menus that are balanced, cost-effective, and cater to various preferences and dietary needs. 3.Portion Control Accurately serving consistent portions to avoid waste and ensure fair distribution. 4.Food Safety & Sanitation (Commercial Level) Deep understanding of HACCP principles, temperature controls, allergen handling, and cleaning protocols.
