Your Responsibilities: To update warehouse pending order regularly upon receipt of orders from dispatch team and based on the activity completed by the operators Allocate the man power based on the activities pending at the warehouse on a daily basis (eg.orders to be picked, checking to be done, GR to be checked, Sales Returns to be processed, etc ) Ensure the double pack & Triple pack SKU packing is done as per SKU combination given by PM department since the products are received as single pieces from the production center Co-ordinate with dispatch team for orders priority based on customer group Ensure the data entry operators are taking/printing the stickers for the traditional trade customer product boxes requirement as per the orders after keying the data provided by the operators Ensure the data entry operators are taking/printing the Product Tag for the traditional trade customer product boxes requirement as per the orders after keying the data provided by the operators Update the Bulk/replenishment SKU wise details and keep the details in the picking location area so that the operators can see the details immediately for replenishment Update and maintain all consumable items on a weekly basis and give the requirement on a monthly basis To ensure the check the packing list with physical stock for the goods receipt from TII production center and co-ordinate with FG department in case of any discrepancies Ensure the sales returns are processed and submit the documents for issuing the credit notes To co-ordinate with P2, FG team to ensure the style wise product boxes are obtained & available for traditional trade customer order dispatches Ensure the E Com drop orders are processed and dispatched on the same day as per the agreed time line Your ideal profile: Outstanding Communication skills both verbal & written (English and Tamil) Should have good interpersonal Skills 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations specifically manufacturing will support 47 operators and sales team (15 people) have background in Tally and SAP preferred honest and ready to take up challenges Advanced background in excel and power bi exposure to E commerce is an advantage As a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization. Learn more about Triumph on: Your Responsibilities: Plan and control order conversions to ensure minimal interruptions to sewing lines. Minimize downtimes and increase OTIF by aligning sewing lines to their respective family groupings. Maintain style continuity where possible to minimize frequent style changeovers. Loading plan to be aligned with company s budgeted OEE targets. Provide a 2-week frozen plan at the beginning of each week with a M+1 month look ahead. Highlight deviations from loading plans. Meet OTIF requirements of 95% for the current PP month, backlog not to exceed 5% at any point. Conduct daily Lead time meetings with RMWH, MQA, Preproduction, Floor Managers and capture the data. Co-ordinate and align with capacity planning to ensure M+5 planning is robust. Weekly Planned style changeovers to actual should not exceed 10% variance. 0% deviation from 100% OTIF requirements on material availability prior to order conversion. Daily follow up and closures of open orders to meet shipment deadlines. Prepare recovery plans for missed weekly minutes and shipment deliveries. Prepare daily reports for the Operations meeting. Ensure coupon scanning is completed daily on time and in full. Interface with IT to correct discrepancies in coupon minutes and bar codes. Interface with FGWH and Capacity Planning for reconciliations on shortages and B-Grades Your ideal profile: Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, preferably from garments manufacturing industry Preferably with background in SAP and Smart sheet. Good communication skills both English and Tamil Advanced analytical skills. To Maintain good 6S condition on the production floor To improve the Plant efficiency by work-study techniques using Capacity study & time study Engage the entire team and support departments in eliminating losses and improving efficiency. Maintain TPP of downtime for each line and drive to eliminate Derive Action plan and follow up on Operators whose minutes are 300 Ensure proper hand holding of OJT operators (proper training with quality) Project minutes and OEE for two weeks based on the loading plan Identify bottlenecks & fix the issues (Man / Machine /Method / Material) Prepare Work Distribution Plan (WDP), check on the layout plan and machinery utilization / availability. Ensure style change is as per QCO schedule. Ensure layout of line is as per the style change over plan Ensure updating of skill matrix periodically Evaluate experience operator s skill during recruitment To implement & follow up on Lean manufacturing in the production floor. Deploy single piece flow system in the sewing lines, there by WIP in each operation is 10 pcs max. Continuous monitoring of the line balancing & educating the line staff to have close follow-up on hourly count and line balancing. Ensuring pull & Push system is ON. Optimization of machine utilization resulting low downtime. Improve the morale of SMO. To calculate the SMV of the garment using GSD.
