Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of sales experience in the electrical panel or related electrical industry. Job Purpose: To drive sales of electrical panels and related solutions, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities in the market. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads, identify potential clients, and convert them into business opportunities. Promote and sell electrical panels (LT/HT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, Distribution Boards, etc.). Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and solutions to customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, EPCs, and end-users. Understand client requirements, prepare quotations, and negotiate to close orders. Collaborate with the design & production team for order execution and timely delivery. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Provide regular reports on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
