Trishield is hiring for Full stack developer position with advance skills. SUCCESS Criteria:  Work independently to execute all the stories on your sprint to a high standard  Test your own work  Develop unit tests for work where suitable  Present your work at the end of sprint demo  Contribute to the design of the implementation at the sprint planning session  Keep your sprint board up to date regarding timings and status  Contribute to the daily stand up meeting  Provide assistance to junior development staff when needed ACTIONS Daily  Development work on the tasks and stories in the order they are in the queue o Programming o Unit tests o Developer testing  As the status of a story changes ensure the status is reflected in DevOps  Update the remaining and completed fields on tasks worked on during the day.  Update the status of tasks to reflect reality  Ensure stories completed during the day meet each individual acceptance criteria  Attend and contribute to the daily stand-up meeting By Sprint  Attend the sprint refinement meeting  Ensure full preparation for the end of sprint demo. E.g. o Prepare data that shows off all the aspects of the work o Create a script or walkthrough  Present completed work at the end of sprint demo  Attend and contribute at the sprint planning meeting o It is your responsibility to ensure that the sprint you commit to is delivered Must have: C#, JavaScript, Power Platform (canvas and model driven apps), Dynamics 365 Sales Good to have: React, MSTest, MOQ, Azure DevOps, SCRUM This position will be a Hybrid work environment based out of Goa, India.
