We are seeking a versatile NOC & SOC Engineer to manage network operations, monitor security, and design customer-focused s olutions. ⸻ What You’ll Do: • Monitor network and security operations 24/7 in the NOC and SOC; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively. • Implement and manage cybersecurity tools: firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPNs, endpoint security. • Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies. • Engage with customers to understand requirements and design tailored networking and cybersecurity solutions. • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to implement solutions and optimize infrastructure. • Maintain documentation, support audits, and ensure compliance with security standards. ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • 4+ years experience in NOC operations, SOC monitoring, and customer solution design. • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, MPLS, DNS, VPNs, and cloud integration. • Hands-on experience with NMS and cybersecurity tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security). • Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, CEH, CISSP, or Security+ preferred. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-facing communication skills. ⸻ Why Join Us: • Competitive salary + benefits. • Exposure to cutting-edge network, security, and solution design technologies. • High-impact, multi-functional role with professional growth opportunities.
