We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for an on-site, full-time position in Udaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring service standards are maintained and team efficiency is optimized. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, implementing operational processes, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with policies, and resolving guest-related concerns to enhance satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with senior management to drive operational improvements and maintain excellence in all aspects of hotel management. Qualifications Hotel Operations: Experience in managing daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams, manage staff performance, and foster a positive work environment. Guest Services: Expertise in ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards. Problem-Solving: Effective decision-making and analytical skills to handle challenges and improve processes. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with staff, management, and clients effectively. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant Experience: 3-6 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role is required.
