Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Indore. Responsibilities include providing expert travel advice, managing travel arrangements, coordinating bookings, and processing reservations. The Travel Consultant will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, helping clients create personalized travel experiences, and ensuring seamless execution of their travel plans. Qualifications Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and organizing seamless Travel Arrangements Strong experience in Customer Service and managing Reservations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, especially related to Asia Relevant educational background or certifications in travel and tourism management Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience using travel booking platforms and software is a plus
