Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant in Ahmedabad. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients. Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and insurance. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Understand client travel preferences, budgets, and expectations to design personalized travel experiences. Provide accurate information regarding visas, travel insurance, and travel regulations. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while generating new business leads. Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and suppliers to secure bookings and resolve issues. Process payments and ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
