We are looking for a highly experienced professional to manage the operations and profitability of our large fleet. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience on commercial operations, fleet management, driver supervision,route planning and full P & L responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage day today operations of our trucks Oversee P & L of the fleet division,optimizing costs , fuel efficiency and asset utilization. Recruit, train and manage drivers and operations staff. Supervise vehicle maintenance, spares and breakdown maintenance. Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, Insurance , permits and statutory requirements.
