1. Research and Identify tender opportunities from government portals, private companies, or online tender platforms. (eTender, GEM etc.) 2. Perform Bidding on online Tech Platforms (Ariba, Pando, FreightTiger etc) 3. Coordinate internally with Branch to get costing from individual branches and then prepare a consolidated costing sheet. (Mid Level Excel Proficiency required for this task - Ex - vlookup, consolidating sheets etc) 4. Liaise with internal departments to compile and submit all required documentation. 5. Communicate with Tender floating authority for any clarification 6. Maintain up-to-date records of all tenders, including submission dates, deadlines, and required documentation. Skills Required: 1. To reduce the billing cycle by timely collection of POD. Followup with branches for POD collection. Key Responsibilities: Manage day today operations of our trucks Oversee P & L of the fleet division,optimizing costs , fuel efficiency and asset utilization. Recruit, train and manage drivers and operations staff. Supervise vehicle maintenance, spares and breakdown maintenance. Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, Insurance , permits and statutory requirements.
