Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through outbound calling and follow-ups. You should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to guide junior telesales staff when required. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads Understand customer needs and offer the right product/service solutions Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM software Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not purchase Train and mentor junior telesales executives when required Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies Provide regular feedback to improve sales processes, scripts, and campaigns Handle objections confidently and professionally Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
