Role & responsibilities Calling prospective leads, giving them preliminary information on a call and counseling them. Providing information and guidance on all educational programs provided by different universities in different countries, based on the candidate's preference & eligibility. Assisting students with their university application & admission process with the necessary visa formalities. Collaborating with business partners as required during the admission process. Documentation & Record keeping Keeping updated about industry trends and changes to visa and immigration rules and regulations relevant to our area of work. Preferred candidate profile A Bachelor's degree in any stream Work experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar industry is preferred Knowledge of study abroad process for countries like UK, USA, Ireland, Australia, France, Germany etc. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally over the phone and in person. Ability to multitask and manage multiple student portfolios until admission. Should be able to meet given targets and goals. Need to be a team player and work in collaboration with all stakeholders.
