Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing field service operations, providing technical support, and conducting maintenance and repair tasks. Daily responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, maintaining service logs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Qualifications Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Experience in Field Service, Maintenance, and Repair Strong Communication skills Qualification in a technical field or previous experience in a similar role Ability to work independently and in a team Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel within the designated service area
