The Design Intern at Trill Route will play a pivotal role in the creative and marketing efforts of the institute. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about graphic design and marketing to contribute to the visual identity and promotional materials of a renowned music institute. You will be responsible for various key tasks including Graphic Design, where you will assist in creating visually appealing marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, brochures, and social media graphics. Additionally, you will design eye-catching visuals for events, courses, and special programs, as well as develop and update digital and print materials while ensuring brand consistency. In the area of Photography and Videography, you will assist in capturing high-quality photos and videos during institute events and sessions. Your role will also involve helping to edit and enhance visual content for use in promotional materials and online platforms, along with managing and organizing media files for easy access. Regarding Social Media, you will create engaging content including graphics and visual posts for various platforms. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will develop content calendars and design social media campaigns. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms as required. As part of the Creative Support team, you will work with the marketing & design team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts. Your contribution will be valuable in developing branding and design guidelines, in addition to assisting with other design-related tasks as needed. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, providing customer service, and managing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential students, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy, ensuring no leads are dropped. Build strong relationships with students and parents to increase satisfaction, referrals, and retention. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to fine-tune pitch, campaigns, and communication. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, or event coordination when required.
