Business Development Executive Bengaluru 1 - 2 years INR 3.0 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and closing deals. The BDE will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting the company's long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers in the B2B and B2C segments. Generate and qualify new sales leads through market research, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with internal departments (pricing, logistics, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events. Ensure adherence to company sales processes, compliance, and reporting standards. Travel across assigned territories to meet sales targets and maintain client relationships. Requirements * 1-2yr years of experience in B2B/B2C food sales, preferably in Food industry * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. * Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada preferably. * Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and Tally. * Willingness to travel to assigned territory. Qualifications * Strong skills in Business and Account Management * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment * Bachelor's/ master degree degree in food technology , Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred * Experience in the food products sales * Background in food service, culinary, or hospitality industries is preferable.

Area Sales Manager bengaluru 1 - 6 years INR 3.0 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Modern Trade (MT): Handle key MT accounts such as LuLu, Spar, Adishwar, M K Retail . Manage new product listings , purchase order follow-ups, and execution of consumer offers . Drive new store activations and ensure timely coordination with modern trade partners. Plan and execute sampling activities to drive visibility and trials. Track and report competitor activities in assigned territory. Quick Commerce & E-Commerce: Manage onboarding and activation of quick commerce & e-commerce platforms . Ensure product placement, availability, and performance monitoring. General Trade (Standalone Supermarkets): Handle standalone supermarket accounts in Bangalore and Karnataka region. Ensure new product placements in outlets and drive product visibility. Responsible for achieving Primary Sales & Secondary Sales targets . Monitor and track secondary sales across freezer and non-freezer outlets. Team Handling & Development: Manage and motivate a team of Sales Officers, Merchandisers, and Promoters . Drive performance on secondary sales, bill cuts, bill value, and focus SKUs . Provide sales team motivation regarding new store activations and sales achievement . Operational Excellence: Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from MT & GT accounts. Share MRM PPTs and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports with HO. Manage hub stock & inventory as per secondary sales requirements. Key Deliverables: Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets . 100% execution of activations, listings, and promotions in MT, GT & Q-commerce. Timely submission of MIS, reports, and trackers . Effective team management and motivation . Efficient stock and payment management . Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Sales & Marketing (preferred). 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages handling MT, GT & E-Commerce. Strong experience in Modern Trade account handling and GT (Standalone Supermarkets). Good knowledge of quick commerce platforms and their activation process. Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills. Strong team management & leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales reporting.
