Job Description: Part-Time English Trainer (Female) Position: Part-Time English Trainer Location: Padappai Class Timings: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Evening) Gender Requirement: Female candidates only About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Part-Time English Trainer to teach young children. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of the English language and the patience required to work with kids in an encouraging and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teach spoken English and basic language skills to children. Conduct engaging, child-friendly lessons that build confidence and communication. Use phonics-based methods where applicable. Maintain a calm, supportive atmosphere throughout the class. Adapt teaching style based on the child’s age and learning speed. Maintain attendance, student progress, and basic class discipline. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in English language (spoken and written). Female candidates only. Must be patient, calm, and able to work comfortably with children. Preferred / Added Advantages Certification in English training, TEFL/TESOL, or related field (optional but preferred). Knowledge of phonics is a significant advantage. Prior teaching or training experience with kids.
