About the Role: We are looking for a Freelance Senior Liaisoning Architect with 8+ years of experience in the field of redevelopment and approvals. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of DCPR 2035 and expertise in handling projects involving MHADA, BMC, and other regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of feasibility report. Prepairation Of Tender, Comparision of Developers offer, Developers Scutinity, Guide Society while Selection Of Developer. Provide expert guidance on DCPR 2035 regulations and ensure compliance with building and redevelopment norms. Handle the approval process with SRA, BMC, MHADA, UD, and other statutory bodies. Prepare and review architectural drawings, feasibility reports, and compliance documents. Coordinate with government officials and developers to expedite project approvals. Assist in FSI calculations, TDR management, and project viability assessments. Resolve regulatory and legal issues related to architectural plans and redevelopment projects. Stay updated with changes in urban planning policies and redevelopment regulations. Requirements: • Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. • 8+ years of experience in liaisoning and regulatory approvals. • Strong knowledge of DCPR 2035, MHADA, BMC, and other statutory approvals. • Experience in redevelopment projects, cluster development, and slum rehabilitation schemes. • Strong network with government authorities for faster approvals. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
