About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Write, organize, and edit high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Task Orders for US Federal and State contracts 2. Interpret government solicitation documents and extract scope, compliance, and evaluation criteria 3. Create proposal outlines, compliance matrices, capability tables, and executive summaries 4. Work closely with project managers, technical architects, and SMEs to gather inputs 5. Translate technical content (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, software stacks) into easy-to-understand proposal sections 6. Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency throughout the proposal 7. Maintain a library of reusable content, win themes, and graphics 8. Collaborate with the US-based capture team and meet tight deadlines across time zones 9. Follow proposal best practices such as Shipley or APMP methodologies 10.
