Role & responsibilities : The role requires good written and verbal communication to convey clear requirements, technical knowhow to co-ordinate with engineers and customers. Provide site pre-requirements to customer and organizing for installation and commissioning of systems. The candidate shall be responsible for handling customer service calls for the respective region. Liaison with customer to understand the complaints, try to provide online telephonic solution, co-ordinate and lining up respective service engineer for attending the service call. Provide estimate of materials / service to customer after understanding the requirement and to arrange for the material / service after receiving approvals. Giving daily line-ups to service engineers and checking and allocating them according to service issues. Generate report of service calls and conveying it to concern department to minimize repeat issues. Deputing engineer as per AMC schedule. The candidate shall be instrumental in generating AMC business based on interpersonal skills with customer.
