We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Data Centre Solutions portfolio across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. This role will drive the adoption of critical asset monitoring solutions—including power, battery, environmental, and fuel management systems—as well as integrated infrastructure platforms across hyperscale, colocation, government/state, and enterprise data centre environments. The ideal candidate will lead regional sales strategy, engage consultants and channel partners, and support key account development, collaborating closely with internal pre-sales, engineering, and project execution teams. This is a customer-facing role requiring a strong blend of technical expertise, solution-selling capability, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and develop new business opportunities in data center and mission-critical infrastructure markets Build and expand strategic relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, MSPs, and system integrators Shape regional go-to-market plans and drive pipeline growth Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technology demands Sales & Channel Enablement Develop and manage a high-performing channel ecosystem including VARs, OEM partners, and distributors Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and technical workshops with customers and partners Support tender responses, RFP/RFQ activities, and commercial negotiations Product & Solution Evangelism Promote adoption of asset monitoring solutions for power, batteries, environment, and fuel Position integrated DCIM, DC infrastructure, and remote monitoring platforms in enterprise & hyperscale environments Provide customer feedback to product & engineering teams to influence roadmap Business Planning & Reporting Develop revenue plans, forecasts, and region-wise business growth strategies Maintain CRM updates, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics tracking Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred) 8–12 years’ experience in Data Centre / Infrastructure / Power / IoT / DCIM / Energy management technology sales Strong network across hyperscale, colocation, government IT, and enterprise data centre ecosystem Proven success in consultative technical sales and solution positioning Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel across assigned regions Preferred Industry Experience Data Centre solutions (UPS, batteries, busways, PDUs, HVAC, DG) DCIM / EPMS / BMS / EMS platforms Remote asset monitoring / IoT / SCADA Critical infrastructure automation & energy management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth vs. quarterly & annual targets Pipeline creation & conversion ratio Strategic account wins & channel activation Territory coverage & customer engagement metrics Partner onboarding and enablement outcomes What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Global exposure and regional leadership scope Opportunity to work with advanced mission-critical technologies Strong growth path in a rapidly expanding data centre market Ideal Candidate Persona Strategic thinker with strong execution focus Tech-savvy sales leader with deep data centre ecosystem understanding Self-driven, high-ownership, and strong customer-centric mindset Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments
