For additional information, visit www.trendmicro.com POSITION OVERVIEW The CAM is responsible for driving Net New Sales by selling Trend Micro's family of products. He/ She will work in a CAM role to develop and position solutions involving Trend Micro's products. The CAM also needs have a healthy working relationship with the Channel Partners in Mumbai. Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs Generating new sales by working on Zero Footprint Accounts Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirement Strategic Solution selling Solution Presentation Preferably with good knowledge of Cloud Sales Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Report on the status of accounts and transactions Work closely with Channel Partners and conduct Sales Training for their teams Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Job Requirements 4 to 5 years’ experience in Channel sales or related field Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude Ability to work as part of a team and independently Trend Micro strive to build an environment of equity and inclusion, which reflects diverse points of view. This role is responsible for proactively engaging with enterprise customers, managing key accounts, and collaborating with channel partners to enhance customer success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales excellence, a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver value-driven engagements. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor customer health scores to ensure strong retention and long-term account value. Leverage sales development representatives (SDRs), marketing initiatives, and digital sales strategies to engage potential and existing customers. Apply account management expertise to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity needs and business objectives. Stay informed on emerging security trends, frameworks (Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, ASRM), and competitive landscape to drive strategic conversations with customers. Engage and collaborate with strategic technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) to enhance solution offerings. Ensure accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and compliance with sales reporting norms.
