About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. The ideal candidate will develop, manage, and execute digital campaigns that authentically reflect our values and aesthetic. You will play a key role in shaping our online identity, engaging our global audience, and driving meaningful connections with our community. Key Responsibilities: • Strategize, design, and manage content for our website and all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn). • Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Analyze performance metrics and tweak strategies to improve outreach and conversions. • Network with existing and potential clients through digital channels; articulate our brand story and product offerings effectively. • Coordinate product shoots, visuals, and storytelling that represent the essence of our brand. • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. • Work closely with our in-house creative and production teams to align marketing with product development. Qualifications Required : • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital strategy. • Strong grasp of branding, content planning, and visual storytelling. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to think creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for design, craftsmanship, sustainability, or women-led businesses is a plus. Skills Required : 1. Excellent Proficiency in Canva, photo editing tools (like Lightroom, Photoshop), and video editing software (such as VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) 2. ⁠Social media Marketing 3. ⁠good communicator 4. ⁠stronh network & relationship builder candidate should have working experience in required field.
