Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Nashik. The Student Counselor will be responsible for assisting students with their educational and career planning. Day-to-day tasks include providing individual counseling sessions, offering guidance on course selection, helping students set academic and career goals, and addressing any academic or personal issues that may arise. The Student Counselor will also work closely with faculty and staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support. Qualifications Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Understanding of the Education sector Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field Previous experience in student or career counseling is a plus
