esponsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls (telecalling) to generate leads and close bookings. Understand client requirements and provide customized travel solutions. Create and share detailed itineraries based on customer preferences. Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication and conversions. Book tours, hotels, flights, and other travel services as per client needs. Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer feedback. Provide after-sales support and resolve any travel-related issues. Requirements: Strong communication and telecalling skills. Knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations. Ability to design and plan travel itineraries. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software preferred). Prior experience in travel consultancy/telecalling will be an advantage. Work Type: Full-time
