Role & responsibilities * Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and client segments(B2B and B2C). * Building relationship with Interior designers, event planners, and real estate developers. * Sales Strategy & Execution: Creating and implementing targeted sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly targets. * Partnerships & collaborations: Developing strategic partnerships for cross-promotions and c0-branded campaigns. * Market Research: Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs. * Promotional Campaigns: Planning and supporting in-store events, pop-ups, and seasonal campaigns. * Customer Engagement: Interacting with walk-in clients, explaining product features, and assisting in visual merchandising. * Digital & Offline Outreach: Supporting online initiatives like lead generation and CRM outreach. * Reporting & Documentation: Preparing daily and weekly reports on sales activity, client feedback and campaign effectiveness.
