Role & responsibilities 1. To visit the markets as defined by the team and do market search for new dealers & distributor for EV. 2. To achieve a sales of Minimum order quantity of vehicles per month. 3. Develop effective business strategies to achieve company goals. 4. Work closely with the leadership team to align strategies with overall business objectives. 5. Identify, create, and establish new clients, including dealers and distributors, to expand the company's market presence. 6. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Develop and assess marketing strategies to increase client acquisition and retention. 8. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 9. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that align with the business goals. 10. Drive the sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios. 11. Monitor sales performance and market penetration to ensure the successful distribution of products. 12. Conduct regular market visits to understand client needs, gather feedback, and provide solutions. 14. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with having at least 6 years of work experience into sales preferably of Electric vehicle will be preferred.
