We have: Won the Young Milletpreneur of the Year 2024 award at IIMR Been incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, Campus Founders Cohort 4 Built and scaled Central India’s first profitable millet-based cloud kitchen We are now looking for a Food Technology Intern (Project-Based) who is sharp, hardworking, and eager to learn. Project Scope- Retort processing: designing sterilization cycles for millet-based condiments Packaging development: testing and selecting suitable packaging for shelf stability Manufacturing support: assisting with process standardization for scale-up Shelf-life studies : conducting microbial, sensory, and stability trials with documentation Who Should Apply Students or recent graduates of B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or Dairy Technology Strong analytical and practical skills, with the ability to execute projects independently Based in Indore or willing to travel for project work What We Offer ₹15,000 completion-based stipend Internship certificate and letter of recommendation Hands-on exposure to retort, packaging, manufacturing, and shelf-life testing Direct mentorship from founders building a category-creating FMCG brand Location: Indore Duration: project-based To Apply: Send your CV and a short note on “Why I want to work at Goated” to trayakshapex @gmail.com
