Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager Position located in Lucknow who will be responsible for coverage of UP, UK & Bihar States . The Person will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, providing product demonstrations, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service quality. Qualifications Experience in sales strategy development and execution, and managing client relationships Strong skills in market research, identifying business opportunities, and product demonstrations Proficiency in preparing sales reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Prior experience of minimum 5-6 years in the Fire safety, Fire detection, CCTV, Access Control, EPBAX, Networking,UPS & Building Automation industry is a plus. Strong hold on Government Departments, MEP Consultants, PMC, Civil EPC Contractors, MEP Contractors & Low Voltage System Integrators. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
