About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the hotel aggregator or hospitality-tech sector . The ideal candidate will have managed partner payments, OTA reconciliations, invoices, and overall money flow in companies like FabHotels, Treebo, OYO, Stanza Living , or similar organizations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations , including invoices, reconciliations, vendor and partner settlements. Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting . Ensure accurate and timely OTA and hotel partner payment reconciliations . Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports . Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure transparency in financial processes. Requirements 3+ years of accounting experience ( hospitality-tech / hotel aggregator background mandatory ). Strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting ERPs . Hands-on experience with partner/vendor reconciliations and settlements . Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA preferred). Why Join Us?
