The Crew Coordinator will manage day-to-day crewing operations, including scheduling, coordinating crew changes, and ensuring compliance with requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, liaising with various stakeholders, providing training support, and supporting the team in operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively interact with crew members, stakeholders, and teams Experience in crewing operations and coordinating crew changes Organization skills for managing schedules, records, and compliance requirements Team leadership skills to guide and support team members effectively Ability to train and support team members to ensure operational competency Detail-oriented, proactive approach with problem-solving skills Familiarity with maritime or logistics industry is a plus
