Travel / Tour Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Tour/Holiday Consultants specializing in international tour package sales to join our growing team. If you are passionate about travel and possess strong sales skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in planning and booking their international holiday packages.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and travel requirements.
• Handle inquiries, respond promptly to client queries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel trends.
• Customize travel packages to suit the client’s preferences and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with suppliers, tour operators, and partners for the best deals and services.
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and comply with company policies and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international tour package sales.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, itineraries, and travel trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using travel software and booking systems is an advantage.
• Passion for travel and a customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Travel Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
