As a Travel Specialist / Sr. Travel Specialist at our company, your role will involve achieving growth targets and establishing strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include selling and up selling to clients, understanding their needs, managing sales and marketing, and communicating with vendors worldwide for the best rates and services. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve growth targets successfully - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Understand and promote new products launched by the organization - Manage sales and marketing efforts for individual and corporate clients for International & Domestic Holiday packages - Communicate with Vendors/Suppliers globally for competitive rates & services - Prepare quotations/itinerary for travel based on requirements, via email or phone Qualifications Required: - Outstanding English written & verbal skills - Basic computer knowledge - Previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive is a plus - Experience in the Travel Industry is a plus - Committed to continuous education and professional development - Problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions - Ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising on delivery - Knowledge of GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, along with experience in hotel suppliers is advantageous - General understanding of Web / Internet technologies - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong business acumen and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills - Organizational and time-management skills Please note that you can also send your resume to hr@antilogvacations.com for consideration.
