We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to booking and post-travel follow-up. Handle inquiries for tour packages, providing detailed information and converting leads into sales. Create and customize tour itineraries based on client needs and preferences. Source and negotiate with hotels and other vendors to get the best quotations. Maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners. Prepare and present sales reports to the management team. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications and Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to write professional emails and manage correspondence effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Familiarity with creating itineraries and travel-related documents. Basic computer literacy is a must. Previous experience in a sales role within the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
