Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
* Suggest suitable travel packages based on customer requirements
* Convert leads into sales with a consultative selling approach
* Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and booking details
* Work with operations and support teams for smooth customer service
* Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualities
* Good verbal and written communication
* Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
* Ability to work under pressure and in a target-based environment
* Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office preferred)
