We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Specialist for Shimla destination to join our team, focusing on outbound sales calls. As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of travel packages and services to prospective customers over the phone.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized travel recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our travel packages, including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and special offers.
• Listen to customer needs and preferences to tailor travel solutions that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in entire Himachal tour packages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Lead generation.
• Customer queries via calls and emails.
• Outbound Sales

Schedule:

• Day shift
