Key Responsibilities:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a night shift supporting international clients.
3. Offer expert guidance on airlines, itineraries, destinations, and onboard amenities.
4. Convert leads into confirmed bookings using a consultative sales approach.
5. Upsell travel add-ons such as excursions, insurance, and upgrades.
6. Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
