Qualification: Travel & Tourism Course Certification (Mandatory)

About the Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic freshers who have completed a Travel & Tourism course and are eager to start their career in travel operations. This role focuses on handling end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring smooth service delivery, and providing excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel bookings (hotels, transport, packages.) for clients.
• Prepare and share customized itineraries based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely confirmations.
• Respond to B2C or corporate travel queries via calls, emails, and chats.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure documentation is in place.
• Assist in resolving any booking or service issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Certification/Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism from a recognized institute.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel terms, itineraries, and booking processes.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the travel industry.
