Travel Executive

As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements for staff and executives. This includes booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with travel policies. Your duties will also involve managing visa applications, passport renewals, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation. In this role, you will be expected to coordinate travel itineraries and communicate all arrangements clearly to travelers. You will need to monitor and resolve any travel issues, delays, or changes promptly and efficiently. Additionally, negotiating with travel vendors to secure corporate rates and cost-effective solutions will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience working with Amadeus Software. This experience is essential for effectively carrying out the duties of this position.
