Travel Consultant and Sales

Role Overview: As a part of our team at Solopackers, located in HSR Layout, Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing and developing detailed travel itineraries that cater to the interests and preferences of solo travelers. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of the trips, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences. You will ensure the smooth execution of planned trips, handle any issues that arise, and ensure travelers have a positive experience. Additionally, you will manage travel groups, facilitate introductions and interactions among group members, and ensure everyone's needs are met. Providing exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct research to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities that can be incorporated into future travel packages. Gathering feedback from travelers to continually improve and refine travel packages and services will be an essential aspect of your role. Qualification Required: - Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. - Sales experience is a plus. - Effective communication skills are essential. - Experience in travel itinerary making and travel management is preferred. - Consulting experience would be beneficial.,
