Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Backend Process Executive. The ideal candidate will manage backend operations related to travel bookings, data entry, and customer support, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Booking Management:

· Handle flight, hotel, and travel itinerary bookings through internal systems.

· Amend and update bookings as per customer or client requests.

2. Data Entry & Processing:

· Accurately input and process travel data into the company’s systems.

· Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with company policies.

3. Documentation:

· Prepare and manage invoices and travel documents.

· Verify documents and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

4. Coordination:

· Work closely with travel agents and airlines to resolve backend issues.

· Ensure proper communication between customers and vendors.

5. Quality Assurance:

· Maintain accuracy in all backend processes.

· Perform quality checks on bookings and other tasks to ensure a high standard of service.

6. Customer Support (Non-Voice):

· Address customer queries via email or ticketing systems.

· Provide resolution to escalated backend issues efficiently.

7. Reporting:

· Generate daily/weekly reports on backend operations for management.

· Track and report errors or discrepancies for process improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.

· Experience in travel processes or backend operations is preferred.

· Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and travel-related software (e.g., GDS systems like Amadeus).
