Travel Advisor/Tour executive

• Itinerary Development: Crafting detailed travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodation, and activities to provide a seamless travel experience for clients.
• Logistics Coordination: Managing all logistical aspects of tours, including transportation arrangements, accommodation bookings, and activity scheduling.
• Customer Interaction: Engaging with clients to understand their travel needs, providing travel advice, and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise during the planning and execution of tours.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to align tour offerings with market trends and customer demands.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing unforeseen challenges during tours and making quick decisions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a positive work culture through effective leadership and mentorship practices.
