Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities At Travaa Wellness Spa Social Media & Content Creation Assist in creating engaging social media posts, stories, and reels for Instagram and other platforms. Capture and edit photos/videos of spa treatments, ambience, and events. Coordinate with the design/marketing team for posters, offers, and campaign ideas. Client Experience & Front Desk Support Welcome and assist clients with appointments, service details, and membership queries. Maintain a warm, professional, and luxurious customer service environment. Collect client feedback and ensure a seamless experience from entry to exit. Brand Promotion & Marketing Support in executing local marketing activities (college tie-ups, influencer invites, nearby promotions). Help in planning wellness workshops, festive offers, and special campaigns. Maintain and update CRM data for client follow-ups and memberships. Operations & Coordination Assist in day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, stock checks, and coordination with therapists.
