Job Summary: The Senior HR Manager will lead HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and strategic planning, to align with the organization’s goals in a dynamic IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. Performance Management: Implement performance review systems and employee development plans. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance retention. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives supporting business growth. Qualifications: Master degree in HR or MBA Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience : 0 to 1 year of HR experience, with at least 1 year in leadership roles. Proven expertise in the IT industry or fast-paced environments. Need Female Candidates (First Preference to Local Area) Languages Known : Tamil and English (Must) Key Skills: Leadership and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and conflict resolution. Familiarity with HRIS and data-driven decision-making. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
