The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls with US-based clients/customers, addressing inquiries, generating leads, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting performance targets. --- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls to/from US customers. Promote products/services and explain them clearly to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Handle objections and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as per process requirements. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in CRM. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines. --- Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written). Good listening skills and customer handling ability. Comfortable working in US shifts (night shift IST). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email). Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
