The ideal candidate should have basic digital marketing knowledge and good communication skills to handle inbound/outbound customer calls and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Manage and regularly update company profiles on: IndiaMART Justdial Google Business Profile Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up with leads. Call potential customers for product details, quotations, and sales follow-ups. Create and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories) for social media. Respond to reviews, comments, and messages on all platforms. Assist in basic digital campaigns (Boosting, WhatsApp marketing, etc.) Maintain lead and customer database in Excel or CRM.
